First, the internal thermostat (installed in the compressor)
In order to prevent air-cooled chiller from running for 24 hours, resulting in high load operation of the compressor, poor electromagnetic switch, excessive current caused by the shaft, etc., or failure of the motor due to motor temperature, the compressor is internally installed. An internal thermostat, which is mounted on the neutral contact of the three-phase motor. When an abnormality occurs, the motor is protected by cutting off the three phases at the same time.
Second, the electromagnetic switch
The electromagnetic switch is a refrigerating compressor operation of an air-cooled chiller for controlling an air-cooled chiller. The purpose of the stop is to stop the switch, and the installation must be vertical. If the installation is incorrect, the pressure of the node is changed and the noise is generated. As a result of the lack of operation, it is not necessary to load a protector for models with a built-in direct-disconnector protector.
Third, reverse phase protector
Scaffold compressors and piston compressors have different structures and cannot be reversed. When the three-phase power supply of an air-cooled chiller is reversed, it will cause the compressor to reverse. Therefore, it is necessary to install a reverse-phase protector to prevent the reversal of refrigeration compressors. . When the reverse phase protector is installed, the compressor can operate during normal phase and does not operate during the reverse phase. When the reverse phase occurs, the two phases of the power supply can be changed to normal phase.
Fourth, exhaust temperature protector
In order to protect the compressor under high load operation or when the refrigerant is insufficient, an exhaust temperature protector is required in the air-cooled chiller system, and the exhaust temperature is set within the range of 130±5°C for compression. The machine is shut down. This temperature value refers to the position of the compressor exhaust pipe within 10cm from the outlet to detect the temperature.
Fifth, low pressure switch
In order to protect the operation of the air-cooled chiller compressor when the refrigerant is insufficient, a low-pressure switch is required. When the compressor is set at 0.03mpa or more, the compressor stops operating. Once the compressor is running under the condition of insufficient refrigerant, the temperature of the compressor part and the motor part will increase instantaneously. At this time, the low pressure switch can damage the compressor and the motor that cannot be protected by the internal temperature controller and exhaust temperature protector. Burn it for protection.
Sixth, high pressure switch
The compressor can be stopped when the high pressure pressure rises abnormally, and the operating pressure is set below 3.0mpa.
