The cooling capacity of the chiller is related to the injection volume of the injection molding machine. The larger the injection volume, the greater the required cooling capacity.

 

For customers with few injection molding machines and low tonnage, some select air-cooled industrial chillers, simple installation, built-in stainless steel automatic replenishment water tank, circulating water pump, and cooling fans can be installed on the top or side of the unit. For large-scale injection molding workshops, water-cooled industrial chillers are commonly used. Many users do not use chillers to cool down. They often use cooling towers to achieve the cooling effect. This method can only control the temperature at about 32 degrees. It can be used in some industries, but its temperature control is unstable, and it easily affects production efficiency. If used with a water-cooled chiller, the cooling effect is doubled.

 

Ordinary water-cooled chiller can control the temperature between 3~35°C. For example: we need to control the temperature at 10°C, we can set the temperature at 10°C on the unit's control panel and when the unit temperature drops to 10°C. At °C, the compressor does not stop working, and the unit slowly rises during operation. When the temperature exceeds 10°C, the compressor starts to work again. This cycle provides a constant supply of refrigeration fluid for injection molding machine molds.
