Auxiliary accessories commonly used in industrial chillers and refrigeration methods

Auxiliary accessories commonly used in chillers, including water flow switches, pressure controllers, differential pressure controllers, temperature controllers and solenoid valves, as well as a brief introduction to three refrigeration methods, liquid gasification refrigeration, gas expansion refrigeration and thermoelectric refrigeration.

First, the common auxiliary accessories:

1, water flow switch

The water flow switch is used for the control of the fluid flow in the pipe or the cut-off protection. When the fluid flow reaches the set value, the switch automatically cuts off (or turns on) the circuit.

2, the pressure controller

The pressure controller is used for pressure control and pressure protection. The unit has a low pressure and high pressure controller to control the operating range of the system pressure. When the system pressure reaches the set value, the switch automatically turns off (or turns on) the circuit.

3, the pressure controller

The differential pressure controller is used as the control of the pressure difference. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the switch automatically cuts off (or turns on) the circuit.

4, the temperature controller

The temperature controller is used as the control or protection of the unit. When the temperature reaches the set value, the switch automatically cuts off (or turns on) the circuit. In our products, the temperature control commonly used to the temperature of the tank to control the unit to open the situation. And some like antifreeze need to use the temperature controller.

5, solenoid valve

In the compressor downtime when the system circuit to cut off, to avoid the next time the press start to produce liquid hit. Generally used in the larger refrigeration system.

Second, three kinds of refrigeration methods

1, liquid gasification refrigeration:

1.1. compression: normal temperature gaseous into high-pressure high-temperature gaseous.

1.2. Condensation: high-pressure high-temperature gas into a high-pressure liquid.

1.3. evaporation: high-pressure liquid into a low-pressure gas, heat, to achieve refrigeration.

2, gas expansion Refrigeration:

Gas expansion refrigeration is the use of high-pressure gas adiabatic expansion to achieve low temperature, and the use of expanded gas at low pressure under the reheating process to cool, due to gas insulation expansion equipment is different, there are two ways: one is the high pressure Gas expansion by the expander, there are external power output, and thus the gas temperature drop, heat recovery when the heat is also large, but the expander structure is more complex, another way is to make the gas expansion by the throttle valve, no external power output, gas The temperature drop is small, the cooling capacity is also small, but the throttle valve structure is relatively simple, easy to adjust the gas flow.
