The refrigeration equipment (compressor unit) is installed in the machine room, and the surrounding environment should be maintained:
① There should be a net space of not less than 1.5m in the height direction of the refrigeration compressor, a net space of not less than 0.6 ~ 1.5m in the front and rear, a net space of not less than 0.6m in one end of the wall in the left and right direction, and no less than The clear space of 0.9 ~ 1.2m.
② The ambient temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃.
③When the unit is installed outdoors, it must have windproof, rainproof, and sunproof facilities, and must have measures to prevent corrosion and ensure electrical insulation. It should be isolated from high temperature heat sources, flammable and explosive products or explosive containers.
⑤ The machine should be shockproof and soundproof.
Requirements for the construction of refrigeration equipment:
① The foundation of the refrigeration equipment (compressor unit) must have sufficient strength, and the concrete foundation should be buried below the ground level. Usually the basis weight is about 2 to 5 times the weight of the compressor unit. For small and medium-sized units, the refrigeration compressor and the motor can be installed on a common chassis first, and then installed on the foundation.
②The installation of refrigeration equipment (compressor unit) should be level, and the leveling and wedge-shaped horn with accuracy not less than 0.02 ~ 0.05mm / m can be used for leveling adjustment. In order to reduce vibration and noise, damping devices such as rubber damping pads and springs should be installed between the base and the foundation.
③ Refrigeration compressor belt and motor pulley groove are aligned parallel, the belt should be properly tightened. The inspection method is to press the middle position of the belt span by hand. One belt is within 100mm, and the deflection is about 1mm.
④Condenser installation shall be subjected to 176.4N / cm2 air pressure test. The condenser discharge pipe should be inclined to the reservoir with a slope of 1/1000. Before installing the evaporator, a pressure test of 156.8N / cm2 must be carried out. 50 ~ 100mm thick insulation hardwood mat should be added between the evaporator or cooling drainage and irrigation base and the base surface, and coated with asphalt for anticorrosion. The small-tonnage cold store may not be provided with a liquid regulating station, and the liquid is directly supplied by the liquid reservoir. For a cold store with a large tonnage, the warehouse is composed of several cold rooms, and when each cold room is equipped with an evaporator or a cooling discharge pipe, a liquid regulating station must be set up, and the liquid reservoir supplies liquid to the regulating station, and then the regulating station Liquid is supplied to each evaporator or cooling pipe through the throttle valve.
⑤Pipeline connection methods generally include welding, screw connection and flange connection. Except where installation and maintenance must use threaded connections or flange connections, welding is used as much as possible. During thread connection, lead oil or PTFE sealing tape should be coated on the thread. When flange connection, the flange joint surface should be made with convex and concave stop, and add 1 ~ 3mm thick and lead oil on both sides, Medium pressure asbestos rubber sheet pad.
⑥The installation slope of the pipe: the horizontal pipe section of the oil separator in the exhaust pipeline of the refrigeration compressor is inclined by 0.3% ~ 0.5% in the direction of the oil separator; the section of the oil separator to the condenser pipe is inclined by 0.3% ~ 0.5% in the direction of the condenser; The horizontal section from the pipe to the high-pressure accumulator is inclined by 0.5% to 1.0% toward the high-pressure accumulator; the horizontal pipe section from the liquid sub-adjustment station to the cooling discharge pipe is inclined by 0.1% to 0.3% toward the cooling discharge pipe; the cooling discharge pipe is divided to the gas The horizontal pipe section of the regulating station is inclined by 0.1% ~ 0.3% toward the cooling discharge pipe; the horizontal pipe section of the freon suction pipe is inclined by 0.19 ~ 0.3% toward the refrigeration compressor.
⑦ When the pipe diameter is less than Φ57, the radius of the bent pipe is not less than 3 times of the outer diameter of the pipe; when it is more than Φ57, the radius of the bent pipe is not less than 3.5 times of the outer diameter of the pipe. The connection of the pipe should take into account the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe, so when the low-pressure pipe exceeds 100m and the high-pressure pipe exceeds 50m, a telescopic elbow should be added to the appropriate position of the pipeline.
⑧The wall tube support should be insulated with hardwood heat, the wall tube should be more than 150mm away from the wall, and the ceiling tube should be more than 300mm away from the ceiling.
