Industrial chiller cooling pipe how to choose to meet the requirements
The design of the refrigerant pipeline is to connect the main components of the chiller and the auxiliary components into a complete refrigeration system with a pipeline of a corresponding material, so that the refrigerant circulates in a closed system. For the refrigeration system, it is important to select the appropriate major equipment and auxiliary equipment. However, if the refrigerating pipeline is not properly designed, it will bring difficulties to the normal operation of the chiller refrigeration system, and even cause accidents.
Different working fluids should be made of pipes of different materials and their connection methods are also different. Ammonia refrigerating system The industrial chiller pipes shall be made of seamless steel pipes. The connection method shall be welded except for the connection of the equipment and accessories with the flange connection. The quality of the seamless steel pipe shall meet the requirements of the current national standard "Seamless Steel Pipe for Fluid Conveyance" (GB/T8163-1999), and the model shall be selected according to the minimum operating temperature in the pipe.
Since ammonia is corrosive to non-ferrous metals such as copper and zinc, it is not allowed to use copper pipes, and the surface that is in contact with ammonia refrigerant is not allowed to be galvanized. The operating pressure of the ammonia refrigeration system industrial chiller generally does not exceed 14.7 bar, and the air tightness test pressure specifies a high pressure of 17.6 bar and a low pressure of 11.7 bar. Therefore, carbon steel No. 10 or No. 20 is generally used.
Ammonia refrigerating system When the chiller is flanged, the flange washers are generally selected from natural rubber, and are often made of asbestos paperboard or cyanine.
