What is the reason why the industrial chiller fails to start? How can I solve it?

Reasons and solutions for industrial chiller failure to start:

1, first check the main circuit. Such as whether the power supply is powered, whether the voltage is normal, whether the fuse has blown due to starting overload, whether the air switch has tripped, whether the switch contacts are good, and whether the power supply is out of phase. Observe the voltmeter and ammeter when starting. When the industrial chiller is not equipped with an ammeter or voltmeter, you can use a multimeter or a test pen to check the power supply. The compressor will not start when the power supply voltage is too low.

2. The problem that the industrial chiller cannot be started. According to the instructions provided by the chiller factory, we can understand that it is basically caused by the idling of the pump, etc. As long as the air existing in the various systems of the industrial chiller is effectively released, that is, It can meet the suitable operating environment and achieve the purpose of starting industrial chiller.

3. Check the differential pressure relay and high and low voltage relay. When the oil pressure of the compressor is abnormal, the compressor can be stopped. At the same time, when the compressor discharge pressure and suction pressure are abnormal, the compressor cannot be started or the compressor will stop running soon after starting.

4. The problem that the industrial chiller cannot be started, the main reason is that during the operation of the system, if the pressure at the inlet of the industrial chiller is small and the basic conditions for operation cannot be met, the problem of the industrial chiller cannot start at this time. The abnormal use of the industrial chiller switch will also cause the industrial chiller to fail to start. At this time, it is necessary to carry out detailed inspection according to the specific situation in order to find the cause of the failure smoothly.

5. Check whether the cooling water volume and water temperature are normal. If the amount of water is small and the temperature is high, it will cause the condensing pressure to rise sharply and the evaporation temperature to drop rapidly. Because the chiller protection setting is activated, it often stops quickly.
