During fermentation, clarification and cold treatment of wine, different temperatures need to be controlled, such as red wine fermentation temperature is generally controlled at 25 ~ 30 ℃, white wine fermentation temperature is generally controlled at about 20 ℃, clarification temperature is generally controlled at 5 ~ 10 ℃ , Cold treatment generally requires controlling the temperature to -5 ~ -15 ℃.
